Perdida is Wash Park’s newest oasis where guests can experience the magic of the Mexican Coast in one of Denver’s historic, bustling neighborhoods. Perdida is bright and colorful, a true celebration of Baja culture. The space features extensive outdoor seating, a 30-seat bar, and comfortable banquettes that invite conversation and connection. With surf videos playing in the space, and a vintage VW van on the intimate back patio, Perdida is truly a gateway to a different way of life.
Inspired by Coastal Mexico, Perdida specializes in fresh Baja cuisine with a focus on wood fired dishes featuring local and organic produce and fresh seafood. Join us for Chef Philippe Failyau’s shareable small plates like Duros and Crispy Calamari; tacos like Chicken Tinga and Chile Crusted Carnitas; and signature dishes From the Wood Fire like Seared Scallops, Ribeye Carne Asada, Diablo Shrimp, and Fajitas. The beverage program matches the food coming out of the open kitchen, with traditional Chupitos for the table, a selection of signature cocktails and margaritas, and wine & beer.
Perdida was created by Gastamo Group, the team behind some of Denver’s most celebrated restaurants including Park Burger, Homegrown Tap & Dough, and Birdcall.
