Gastamo Group was founded with a vision to create welcoming community spaces, centered around quality food and gourmet ingredients. In 2009, Philippe Failyau opened the first Park Burger, and from that moment, a simple yet powerful idea was born—bringing people together through food and drink.
While each of our concepts has its own unique identity, Gastamo Group is united by core values that shape everything we do. Our family of restaurants includes Park Burger, Homegrown Tap & Dough, Park & Co., Perdida, and Lady Nomada, all sharing a commitment to good food, for good.

About our Founders:
Philippe Failyau & Peter Newlin
Visionary restaurateurs Jean-Philippe Failyau and Peter Newlin have been instrumental in shaping some of Denver's most beloved dining destinations. Their partnership began in 2010, driven by a shared passion for creating vibrant, neighborhood-focused restaurants. Together, they founded Gastamo Group, uniting their expertise to build community-centered spaces where great food and hospitality come together.
