Do you accept reservations?

- Reservations are welcome at Lady Nomada and Perdida Kitchen. 

- Homegrown Tap & Dough, Park & Co, and Park Burger operate on a first-come, first-served basis.


Do you host events?

- Absolutely! We're delighted to accommodate private events at any of our locations.


How can I make an event request?

- To inquire about hosting an event at Perdida, Homegrown, Lady Nomada, or Park Burger, please visit the private events section of our website and submit the "inquire now" form. Expect to hear back from us within 2-5 business days.

- For events at Park & Co, kindly fill out our contact form, and we'll respond within 2-5 business days.



3. Order Help

I had an issue with an online order. Who do I contact?

- For assistance, please reach out directly to the respective restaurant or utilize the contact form on our website.


How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?

- Contact the restaurant for a copy of your receipt. Or send us a receipt copy request using the form below along with the below information.

i. Order confirmation #
ii. Name on your credit card
iii. Last 4 digits of your credit card
iv. Location you visited
v. Date of visit
vi. Total transaction amount
vii. Where would you like us to send the receipt? We can email or text you a copy.



4. Gift Cards

Does Gastamo Group offer gift cards for purchase?

- Yes, digital gift cards are available on our website here. Physical gift cards are available for purchase at all of our restaurants.


Can you ship a physical gift card?

- Physical gift cards are not eligible for shipping. However, you can conveniently purchase and send eGift cards online throughout the United States.


How can I check my gift card balance?

- You can either visit any of our restaurants for a balance inquiry or utilize our website's 24/7 balance check feature. Click here to check your balance.
